Speeches: What Would I Do If I Won The Lotto

Hi everyone my name is Bhavya and I hope everyone knows me, today i'm going to be talking about what i’d do if I won the lotto”. Just before lock-down there was lotto to be won, about $50M to be exact. That got me thinking, “What on earth would you do with $50M… what on earth would I do with $50M.

1. First of all, do I need $50M? " I don’t need that much money, in fact I think it’s too much money for me . It would be really cool if I did but I just don’t need it. There are many greedy people in the world that love to have all that money to themselves and not give crap about what's going on around the place. Then there are people that would be so grateful for that money, especially people that need to pay off their debts. Then again they need to pay off their debts because they probably spent that money on lotto tickets and cigarettes.

2. I would buy what I need and what my family needs, like a house I mean we’re a family of 7 and we live in a 2 bedroom house… somehow. I could buy new cars, mostly because all our cars are really old and have so many dents & scratches that they’re just too expensive to fix. I would also go back to India for tuition classes because a lot of the time I forget things that I’ve learnt at school, so basically I’m trying to say that tests and other pieces of work are quite hard to do, and that’s why I feel like I should do tuition classes. The teachers are so strict there I have no idea why I want to go there. I'm pretty sure everyone knows how much I like photography & videography, you’ve probably seen a lot of my photographs,so I would most likely get most of the gear that I need for one of my favourite hobbies.

3. There are many more things that I would buy but I would be standing here all day if I'm going to continue blabbering about what I want and what I'd get. (anyway) Even after all of that I would still have so much money left, so I would help the poor. I said poor I will help not give them an entire house or something because some will need to learn how to live on their own, and their own job by themselves. After that I would also donate at least half of what I have to charity to help out.

So those are just a few things that I would do if I won the lotto just one last thing, the main reason I chose this topic is because I just want to say that I’m not rich. Everyone thinks I’m rich but I am not. I may own a shop and I’m walking around with an iPad Pro, that can only be unlocked using my ugly face, but I worked hard for that. I'm not even allowed to get an official iPhone charger because of this. (here's a fact do not use phone chargers that are from 2 dollars shops they ruin your battery. I bought a brand new iPhone 8+ in October few weeks later I used a cheap charger and now my battery health is now 89% no phones battery health goes down that fast unless you use a cheap phone charger, also charge your phone when it’s at 20% or lower and take out the charger when it’s at least at 80%) Anyways, I wear clothes from The Warehouse and Kmart. The only time I wear “Fancy” clothes is when I'm going out somewhere with friends & family or if I'm going to a different country. Plus there are some things called bills and insurance. Anyways thank you everyone for listening to my speech and I hope you think it was great.

Today I feel happy to see my friends after the weekend.

I get angry, when people don’t listen to simple instructions.

To be grown up to make good decisions in life.

My idea of having a good time is being able to do what I want to do.

I wish my parents knew that I want to play sports.

I can’t understand why I’m six feet tall.

I feel bad when my parents have to buy me something expensive.

The sort of people I like, are people that don’t care about how others look.

To me, books are very interesting. 

People think I am the nicest kid in school.

I like to read about cars and other vehicles.

On weekends I work in my shop.

I’d rather read than go to the gym

I hope I’ll never get shot.

I wish people wouldn’t be so stupid nowadays.

When I finish High School I’m going to go to university and finish 3 years.

When I take my report home I hope my parents think I did well.

I’m at my best when it comes to tests.

Most brothers and sisters are very annoying to their older siblings or their younger siblings.

I don’t know how some people are so fast and smart.

When I do Maths I don’t hope to not get hard equations.

I feel proud when I play sports with my class.

I wish my father would buy the jet ski that he wants.

I like to read when it is very quiet.

I like studying about cars and other vehicles.

I often worry about my friends when they don’t talk to me.

I wish I could be skinny because I would have a lot more advantages.

I look forward to getting my license when I get older.

I would like to be a businessman like my dad. 

When I read out loud I can’t follow the words properly.

I’d read more if I didn’t have many things to do.
