A Pou is a carved wooden post, the Maori use it to mark territorial perimeter or places of prestige. I used Blue, Green, Orange, and White because they represent the colours of my country’s flag (India) and if you look on the feet you can see what the flag of India kind of looks like.

The reason why I chose those colours is because i am from India and the colours you see on the pou are the colours of the Indian flag, you can also see what the flag looks like on the feet.
